Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, yeast, bread improver (sugar, emulsifier: E472e, thickening agent: guar gum, malt barley flour, raising agent: diphosphates; acidity regulator: ascorbic acid)

 

Storage:

Store below -18°C.
Defrosted products cannot be refrozen.
Consume within 72 hours of defrosting.

Preparation:

After defrosting the bun, cook on a contact grill at 220°C
for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
