Wheat flour, water, yeast, rapeseed oil, rye, pasteurised rye sourdough, sunflower seed, golden linseed, wheatberry, brown linseed, spelt grain, plant protein: pea and potato, sunflower oil, dextrose, maltodextrin, salt, sugar, E472e emulsifier, soya flour, E170 colouring, E300 ascorbic acid

Store below -18°C.
Defrosted products cannot be refrozen.
Consume within 48 hours of defrosting.
Preparation:
After defrosting the bun, bake in the oven at 220°C
for 60-90 seconds
