with the employer of the person of subject represented by the person, b) fulfilment of the obligation to store documentation for the period specified in the regulations, c) protection and investigation of legal claims by the administrator,<\/p>\n
\u2022 the source of your personal data is the data subject or the data subject’s employer or the entity represented by the data subject,<\/p>\n
\u2022 if the source of your personal data is not the person to whom the data regards, the categories of relevant personal data are: name and surname, place of work, position,<\/p>\n
\u2022 your data will be made available to the following recipients: people authorised and trained to process data, persons processing data based on contracts entrusting the processing of data contained in the document<\/p>\n
\u2022 the data will be deleted no later than 1 year after the later event – the end of the mandatory storage period of accounting and tax documentation specified in the regulations or the end of the limitation period for pursuing and defending claims specified in the regulations; regarding data processed pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 f) RODO – the removal will occur without delay after taking into account any objection,<\/p>\n
\u2022 you have the right to request access from the administrator to personal data regarding a person, their rectification, removal, restrictions of their processing, the right to lodge a complaint to the Chairman of Data Protection,<\/p>\n
